Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using rimadmin.com (the "Site"), operated by Resilient Income Mom ("RIM Admin", "we", "us"). By using the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
The Site offers free AI tools (the CV Builder and the MailTone email generator) and paid digital products (including the Office AI Toolkit and Claude Skills). Free tools may be used without an account. Paid products are one-time purchases unless a subscription is explicitly offered.
CVs, emails and other outputs are produced by AI. While our tools are designed for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every output is accurate or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before using it.
Payments are processed via Ziina. Digital products are delivered to your email after payment. If a product does not arrive, contact resilientincomemom@gmail.com and we will send it promptly. As digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
5% of every paid purchase is set aside for a charity caring for abandoned elderly people. This is a voluntary commitment by RIM Admin and does not create any contractual right for the buyer.
The Site, its tools, designs and product content are the intellectual property of Resilient Income Mom. Purchased products are for your personal or internal business use — you may not resell or redistribute them. Content you generate with our tools is yours to use.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIM Admin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on AI-generated content.
The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details on data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
