These terms cover the use of rimadmin.com and its two services: "The Real Number" (free cost calculator) and "Dana PA" (paid monthly service). By using the site or the services, you agree to them.
The Real Number — free cost calculator
- It's a free, instant estimate on the page itself: you answer three questions and your number appears. No email, no form, no limit on how many people can use it.
- It is built from published DIFC fee schedules and a real DIFC account statement, converted at 3.6725 AED per USD. It is an estimate to plan with, not an invoice — fees change, so always check the live price on the DIFC portal before you pay.
- It is general information to help you plan — it is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. For those, speak to a licensed professional.
Dana PA — paid service
- AED 1,500 per month (founding rate — early clients keep this price when it rises). Billed monthly; cancel any time with notice before your next billing date. No long contracts.
- What it does: tracks your visa, Emirates ID, license, and insurance expiries with 90/60/30-day warnings and prepared documents; delivers a WPS-ready payroll file on the 25th; calculates end-of-service gratuity per the MOHRE formula within 24 hours; tracks leave balances; keeps your contracts filed and findable.
- The boundary: I prepare, track, and warn — you or your licensed PRO submit. I do not access your government portals, your bank, or your money, and I do not perform licensed PRO, legal, or tax services.
- The service depends on you sharing the relevant documents and telling me about changes (new hires, resignations, renewals done outside my view). I can only track what I've been given.
The guarantee
If a deadline is missed on my watch — meaning the relevant documents and dates were shared with me — that month of Dana PA is free. This guarantee covers the month's fee only; it does not cover government fines, penalties, or other losses. The best protection against those is the warnings themselves, which is why the whole service is built around them.
Limits of responsibility
I do my work with real care — it's the whole reputation of this business. Still, to be fair and clear: my total liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the fees you paid me in the month the issue arose. I am not responsible for losses caused by information I was never given, by third parties (government portals, banks, couriers), or by events outside my control.
